The company’s conceptual foundation was laid down in the year 1984, by a visionary entrepreneur Mr Aslam Lashkaria. Being a civil contractor, he displayed a core knowledge in construction and a keen sense of future forward architecture. He visualized the heart of establishing such a company, which kept pace with the versatile, progressive and high-tech establishments bound to be built in the economic capital of India. With this prime vision in mind, he came forth with a construction and development company under the brand name “Lashkaria”.

Mr. Arshad Lashkaria
CEO – MANAGING DIRECTOR
Mr. Arshad Lashkaria is the Chief Executive Officer/ Managing Director spearheading the Lashkaria Group.
A BE IT engineer & MBA from the University of London. He has a long track record of envisioning, managing, designing civil construction projects in India and abroad. He is responsible for acquisitions & expansion of various verticals of Lashkaria Group.
Mr. Vaseem Lashkaria
DIRECTOR
Mr. Vaseem Lashkaria is the Director of Lashkaria Group.
He holds a Civil Engineering Degree from Mumbai University.
He oversees all the civil construction projects. He is responsible for projects and also is experienced at & liasoning with Government bodies.
An avid sportsperson he exemplifies the sportsman spirit in his work environment as well.
Mr. Imran Lashkaria
DIRECTOR
The youngest leader in our management team, Mr. Imran Lashkaria with vast experience in the International Real Estate Market, leads International Business & Tie-ups, engaging with partners and investors.
He primarily contributes towards expanding our business globally.
He is the youngest of the three having interest in Music and finds melody in his work ethics.
